Will it snow between 28th Dec to 2nd Jan? I would like to experience some snow during my short visit?If it doesn't snow, is there any place near the city where i can enjoy some snow :)

Yes, it snowed in November. The forecast shows that there will be several sunny days recently. The possiblity of snow won't be high in the end of December and the begining of January. In addition, it will also be a low possibility to snow in the nearby areas. Thus I'm afraid that you cannot see the snow during that period of time. If wishing to see snow, you should head for further north like harbin.
