About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

My daughter was born when both parents are not greencard holders, is she still PRC national?

After 17 years, is my daughter still considered PRC national and can apply travel document now? What if she already applied and granted Chinese visa on her US passport in the past?

John, no, she is not PRC national and cannot apply PRC travel document because as you said, she has US passport, which means that she is US citizen now. Since PRC doesn't accept dual-nationality, she can't be a PRC national as well. If she wants to travel to PRC, she needs to apply for PRC entry permit.
