Alan, you need to submit your application to the CVASC office in Johanesburg. The address is 14th Floor, Sandton City Office Tower, Corner Rivonia Road & 5th Street, Sandhurst Ext3. Sandton 2196 Johannesburg.After visiting Shanghai, do you exit China? If yes, you may need to apply for a double-entry type. If not, a single entry is enough. The cost for a double-entry type is ZAR 900, and ZAR 900 for a single-entry type per person.
