About:Beijing Weather in February

I'm planning to visit Beijing during next Feb. exactly from Feb. 23 to 28th.

is in that time any festivals , national days or Chinese New Year extended vacation so that many shops and restos are closed ? please advise .

Well, although it will be the end of Chinese New Year vacation, most shopping malls and stores will open at that time. Don't worry.
