Lavender Wheat Pack Teddy Bear

Can I take a Lavender Wheat Pack Teddy Bear into China that I have purchased from a lavender farm in Australia? The bear has wheat and lavender inside and is intended to be heated in the microwave as a therapeutic warming wheat pack.

Sharyn, I am afraid that you can't bring it into mainland. According to what I know, lavender wheat pack teddy bears were forbidden to enter since last April, 2014. Passengers can't take teddy bears unless they provide the inspection and quarantine certificate.
