Not happy with Job, change to next level? Or even other company? 5.11.1971 6:15 am Lunar Calender

Hi everybody I am working as concept/desine engineer in the field of industrie machines.

Do I will have the chance to change to next level as Projct manager or sale manager in same company or even other company in 2016?
Overall luck in 2016? i am married.

Long, actually you will have chances to do better in your current job though you will have some difficulties. However, your friends and colleagues can help you out. So I think you shouldn't change a job. You should be cautious because there will be some people who set you up. If you do better in your job, I think you will find some opportunities for promotion.

Lastly, you should make efforts to improve your relationship with your partner. It's predicted that you two will have some troubles.
