About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Is there a charge for the 72 hour visa free transit?

I have a 22 hour layover and am booking a hotel. I asked the airline is there is a charge for the 72 hour free service and they didn't know. I am a US citizen. Thanks!
