Airport to Island Pacific Hotel

What is the correct and best train to take from airport to Island Pacific Hotel (152 Connaught Road West) and what kind of ticket is required?

I land at 6 am on Monday, December 7.
What are the rail hours?

There is Airport Express available. The first one begins at 05:54am from airport. You can stop at the final station "Hong Kong" and the price is about HKD100. After you get Hong Kong, you can walk to Pottinger Street bus stop(about 30m) and take the bus No. 18p to Connaught Garden. The hotel is near this bus stop.
