About:FAQ on China Postal Service

if Tracking status says 2015-11-25 11:20:00 Guangzhou Shipping, how long before it gets to the UK?

Clair, it should arrive before Dec. 24, 2015 if everything is ok. However, parcels might be delayed somewhere. If this happened, then you should wait for another 15 days.

Thanks Steven but how do you know if it is stuck somewhere if the tracking information does not say anything?

I didn't say that your parcel was stuck somewhere. It's just a possibility. Sometimes, parcels might be lost somewhere too.

Last time, I waited around 45 days to receive a parcel from a Chinese seller. It almost drove me crazy.
