first time china visa application

Question

I am filipino, i will have trip to Hongkong for tourist. If i want to enter Guangzhou or Shenzhen upon my arrival to Hongkong. Can i apply my L type in Hongkong?

Dear, I'm afraid it will be hard for you to apply from HK as you are not a resident there. To play safe, you had better apply for the L type from your country.
