About:Chinese Language

separate dialects for men, women and men&women

I remember hearing that in China (let's say it's a region where Mandarin is spoken), that then men have their own dialect, the women theirs and a third one for when men and women communicate. Is this true ?

I am afraid not. Chinese people in different regions have different dialects. However, dialects are spoken by both men and women.
