Is any particular time in china for the sales of men & women apparel ?

How much lower can we buy clothes in the sales ?

Would you like summer clothes or winter clothes? As I know, there is no particular time for crazy attire sales and some sales just happen during the turning points of different seasons. Anyway, if you want quality but cheap clothing, go to Guangzhou for a try. There are many clothing wholesale markets like Shahe, Shisanhang and Baima with low-price clothing for retail and wholesale.
