Query regarding Infant's Visa‏

Dear Sir / Madam,
Nin Hoa !
I hope this email finds you in good health. Me and my wife are Pakistani citizens and we are currently studying at China Agricultural University in Beijing. And both of us used to live off-the-campus in a rented apartment. On July 2015, both of us came to Pakistan (on leave) and my wife gave birth to a cute baby-girl. We are now planning to go back to Beijing in December 2015. We have applied for our baby passport and hopefully will get within few days. Now my question is that:
1. Do we need to apply for infant's entry permit?
2. What are the requirements?
It is therefore, requested please guide me in this regard. Looking forward to hear from you. Xie Xie....

1. Dear, yes, you need to apply for it for the infant.
2. You are advised to apply for S1 type for your daughter. It requires those documents including the application form with her color photo glued, her passport and its photocopy, an invitation letter issued duly authorized unit in PRC or your school, the copies of your passport and PRC residence permit, as well as your daughter’s birth certificateher. In addition. the health certificate of the baby girl may be required, too.
