How to apply for a Chinese Citizenship

I have dreamed of becoming a Special Forces Officer in the Chinese People's Liberation Army since I was small. The problem I'm currently facing is that I was born in Australia due to the 1 child policy back then. My family has a wide history of serving in the military since the red army. I want to carry on the family tradition and serve for my motherland, but I need to first apply for a PRC Citizenship.

David, are you elder than 18 years old? If yes, it's almost impossible for you to acquire Chinese cirizenship. If you are younger than 18, you can abandon your Australian citizenship when you become 18 and apply for PRC citizenship. However, even if you can get the citizenship, I'm afraid it will be very difficult for you to join in the army, not mention the Sepcial Forces.
