About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Children count

I currently have four children. Would I be allowed to apply for citizenship, with my whole family, even though we have more kids than what China calls for?

Jacquelyn, as long as you meet the requirements for applying Chinese citizenship, you can apply for it. It doesn't matter that you have violated the birth control policy.
