please when does public school holiday starts and ends during Chinese new year 2016?

Usually, it starts 15 days ahead of Chinese New Year and ends 15 days later. So it should start on Jan. 23 and ends on Feb. 22, 2016. In different cities, the holiday schedule might be a bit different.
