I suppose you meant five-day VOA for Shenzhen. Your passport and passport photo are required. When you arrive at the border, you fill a form and submit it with your passport and passport photo and then wait for their approval. It costs CNY 168. And you can only pay CNY. HKD and other currencies are not accepted.
