Tien, passport, filled application and passport are basic documents. Then you need to get the invitation letter from your Chinese partner and prepare original and copies of your valid entry permit for South Korea. Previously, foreigners who applied in South Korea were required to provide their ARC cards with the validity of six months at least. However, some guys claimed that those who didn't have the ARC cards could also apply. I think you'd better contact the CVSAC center to confirm this.
