About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Indian National, 12 hrs transit, pls help!

Hi I am an Indian national going to Japan via Shanghai Pudong airport, and I have a 12 hrs transit. What are the options? I have to stay inside/near the airport, what visa would be applicable if I stay nearby hotel?

Raj, the 24-hour direct transfer service is the best option for you. You can either stay inside or outside the aiport. If you want to stay outside, apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
