What is the best transport to get from Shenzhen to Kaiyin Zhongshan?

Hi I am wanting to get transport to Bond Language Institute in Zhongshan. Is there a timetable for a bus or train please?

Sorry, I cannot find Zhongshan Kaiyin. Maybe you need to confirm the name of the location.
You can take long-distance bus from Luohu Bus Station, and arrive at Zhongshan Bus Station. The bus schedules are from 07:00 to 21:00. It costs CNY 80 per person. After arriving, take bus no.B10 to get to Hejing Garden Station. Then walk northwest around 230 yards (200 meters) to get to the destination.
