Do I buy tickets at the Night Cruise Ticket Office or at Xidi Wharf?  How can I reach this place? If I embark at Xidi Wharf, do I also disembark at the same place?

Yammy, your hotel is located on Zhanqian Road. You can walk around 300 meters along road to reach Xizhan Bus Station. There you can take bus no. 238 and get off at Culture Park Station. Then walk around 60 meters toward east to find the wharf.Yes, you buy the ticket when you arrive. If you start your trip from there, you will disembark at the same place.
