Xian Airport to Citadines Central

What is the best and cheapest mode to commute from Airport to Citadines Central? My flight will be arrving at 11:30 in morning.

Well, you are suggested to take shuttle bus line 1 to its terminus (CNY25) - Xishaomen Airport Business Hotel. The bus line operates till the arrival of the last flight. Then take a taxi to your hotel with no more than CNY15 within 8min.
