How to apply for a work visa for China being a Jamaican

I am in the process of obtaining a Teaching job in PRC and would like to know how to go about getting a work permit?

Nick, first, you need to ask your school or company to apply for a work permit and invitation letter from a duly authorized unit in PRC. If the school is a public one, you may need to get a Foreign Expert Certificate instead of the work permit. Anyway, both certificates should be obtained through your employer. Then, you need to prepare your passport, a photocopy of its info page, a completely filled application form, and a full-face photo taken within six months. Next, submit all the documents mentioned above to the embassy.
