No criminal record certificate

good day

Did Chinese Embassy releasing NO CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE? for the person who already have Visa?

Edwin, Chinese embassy doesn't issue this certificate. If you seek the Chinese non-criminal record, then you should go to local notary office in the city where you stayed at. The office can issue you a letter. You can bring the letter to the police station and get the non-criminal record. Then you need to bring it back to the notary office because they need it to issue non-criminal certificate to you.
