hi,is huangshan mountain open every day?are there any public holidays or days when it's closed?

Yes, the scenic area opens every day in the whole year including national holidays. Notably, the cable car may be suspended for renovation. You are suggested to keep close attention on the public announcement of the scenic area before leaving.
