About:Embassy of Cameroon in China

i wish to know how long it takes to process an itc doc for someone to use as a boarding pass?

I'm SIMON living in Thailand. my passport has expired and i called cameroon embassy in china few weeks ago and they recommended me to send copy of my birth certificate and ID card. i sent them already and its almost 3 weeks now. No respond from the embassy..i'm so worried.

please i've called the number several times and no respond. However, how long does it take to issue such travelling document?i submitted the required docs about 3 weeks ago such as Birth certificate, ID card and passport via the email..acpk7@hotmail.com Isn't correct?..i really confused no reply yet
