cable carsled open on the great wall during winter?

Hello, I'm planning a trip to MTY in Dec. Just wondering if the cable car and sled rides are open during winter time too? What if it snows? Any advice?

Mike, the cable car and the sled are open in winter. Usually, the cable car will be opened if it snows. However, I am afraid that sled might be closed.
