About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Indian with Indian passport and hold Singapore PR. do I need transit visa

I am flying from Singapore to Vancouver with 7 hr layoff in Shanghai. For sight seeing in this time do I need to take transit permit? thanks in advance.

Krishna, you don't not need it. Just remember that you need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport to enable you go outside to sightsee the city.
