business visa for 3 people

Question

Hi  - we have been invited to visit a factory in China and are expected to go pre-xmas.Is it possible for me to come to your office with 3 applications and passports or do you need to see each person individually. We will all be travelling together. What else do we need to bring as I am reading many conflicting things on the web and roughly how long will it take to get the entry permit.

Hi Michelle! It's ok for you to submit three applications. In addition to the passports, each of you need to submit a photocopy of the passport, an application form, a bare-headed photo taken within six months, and an invitation letter from the inviter. It normally takes four working days to process the application if you use regular service.
