Best date to transfer to new house

Hi, we are planning to move to our new house this Dec 2015. Can you please advise me when is the best time to move?
Husband DOB 12-8-1963
Me DOB 1-16-1969
Daughter DOB 12-22-1999
Son DOB 12-18-2000

December 2, 4, 15, 22, 25, 27, 30 and 31 are all good dates. You can pick up a date according to your schedule.
