About:How to Buy Tickets

I want to buy 2 tickets from Shanghai to Nanjing but do not know exactly which RAIL I want to take

I am arriving in Shanghai on 2nd Dec and will definitely travel that day. Can I buy an open ticket to take nay one that day?

There is no such ticket type, if you are not clear about detailed time you would depart from Shanghai, you can buy it on spot after you get there. There are many rides a day from shanghai to nanjing.
