Do you refer to Citadines Apart Hotel Central? If yes, you are suggested to take airport shuttle bus line 4 to Xian Hotel. The duration is about an hour. It costs CNY 25 per person. Then take a taxi to the hotel. The cab fare is about CNY 12 in the day time.
