About:China Visa on Arrival

Romanian passport holder

Hello, if i hold Romanian passport but i am resident in Qatar, can i get a 7 days VOA? Entry airport: Shanghai.

Ale, you can't get the VOA. That means you need to apply for a visa before you enter.
