About:China Railway Map

backpackers, clockwise and counter clockwise

what is the normal way people will start to climb. either start from the north peak or the east peak. is there any possibility to walk at the plank with two ways direction if i don't flow the usual route. please kindly email me the answer at rahimsamad93@gmail.com. because i planning to go there by winter. can you reply to me soon

There are several ways to climb Mt. Huashan, the most popular route is hiking from Yuquan Yuan to North Peak. You can enjoy the most of the sceneries along the way. Then walk to Jinsuo Guan to visit the rest of the main peaks. West Peak is the best place to see sunset and East Peak is the best place to see sunrise. If you want to experience the plank walk, you can go to South Peak. It takes around one or two hours to cover these four peaks.

It is impossible to sleep outside on the mountain due to the heavy wind and cold weather, especially in winter.
