You may take bus line A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) Station, and get off at Argyle Centre, Nathan Road Station. The bus fare is HKD 33, and the duration is about 55 minutes.0

But Mongkok covers a large area. Anyway, you can take Airport Express to Kowloon Station and transfer to free shuttle bus line K5 to the terminus - dorette mongkok hotel, which is close to Mongkok MTR station. In this way, you need around 40min and the fare is 90HKD.0
