About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Hong for 9 hour

Hello, I have a layover in Hong Kong for 9 hours and considering leaving the airport in that time. Is this feasible? Do I need a visa?

Vanessa, do you hold a US passport? If yes, you are allowed to leave the airport during the 9 hours. For your information, Hong Kong allows American citizens to enter freely for a stay not exceedng 90 days.
