Visa extension in guiyang

What kind of documents do i need if i apply for an extension in guiyang?! Do you know how long it takes?!

If i need a registration certificate from the police do I need to get it in guiyang?! Or is it ok if i bring one from yangshuo?! I will go on a vacation to getu he but i am volunteering in yangshuo. During my 2 weeks stay in getu he my entry permit will expire and i thought about applying for an extension in guiyang, go to getu he until it is ready and pick it up.

Dear, have you gotten the registration certificate? It is from Guiyang or Yangshuo? You should apply for the extension at the place where it issued the certificate to you. You need to hand in the required materials: your itinerary, the application form and recent full-faced color photo, valid passport, temporary accommodation registration form, a proof of hotel reservation and airline tickets.
