Hi. Thanks for your reply. In fact, I already received an offer from new company. But my concern is the distance too far from my home and current workplace. Secondly concern, I worry that I couldn't perform well in the new company though is the same industry but different product. Thirdly, concern on new environment with new colleague relationship whether would be good or not good. Above three concerns are causing my hesitate, moreover my current workplace environment is comfortable and I have very good relationship with colleagues in all divisions. Why I have intention to find new job is because my relationship with my current superior not good and i am not performing well recently, perhaps one of the reason is the market not good. I afraid I make a wrong choice and move. Please advise. Thanks.
