About:Getting Around Macau

How do I get from Macau airport to Sofitel, what is the best bus route to go?

Do you refer to Sofitel Macao at Ponte 16?
If so, from the airport, you can take the bus No. 26 to Neignag station. And then walk about 80 yards, you will reach the hotel.
