About:

Hi, is there a vietnamese embassy / consulate serving the Shanghai region?

Am travelling to Vietnam for a conference and sight seeing and would like a tourist visa. Am a student holding a Kenyan Passport and Studying in China. Any addresses and information will be highly appreciated.
