online application

Question

Good day, I had asked the question before if an online application has to be filled out and printed or if I should download the application online and full out by pen, so basically what I want is a link that would provide me with the online application to fill out online; but the link u sent me was  this same page! It just gives me a file to the top if the page to download that says 'Visa Application Or PRC' but Not allowing me to full it out online where i can save and resume the application...Kindly provide some assistance please : )

Well, Waki, the application form linked on the top of this page is the right one. If you cannot fill it out, you can download this form first. Then fill the blanks on your computer. Next, print the form out.
