Online Application

Good day, I had asked the question before if an online application has to be filled out and printed or if I should download the application online and full out by pen, so basically what I want is a link that would provide me with the online application to fill out online; but the link u sent me was this same page! It just gives me a file to the top if the page to download that says 'Visa Application Or PRC' but Not allowing me to full it out online where i can save and resume the application...Kindly provide some assistance please : )
