How to get Shengshi Qian He Hotel from Kunming Changshui Int'l airport

Any body know the best way to get Shengshi Qian He Hotel, how long will it take and how much?
1. Airport express bus.
2. Train
3. Subway
4. Taxi

You can take the shuttle bus line 3 to North Bus Station (CNY25, 35 mins), and then take a taxi to the hotel at a cost of CNY12 (5 mins).
If taking a taxi the whole way, it may cost you CNY90 – 100.
By the way, there is no subway available in the airport.
