when is the best time to see Panda?

maybe about 9-10 AM when they have eating?
and I can see them everyday not only on weekend , right? I am afraid too many people on weekend .

Yes, you can see them every day, and the best time for visiting should be a bit earlier, about 08:00 – 09:00am when they have their breakfast. It is their most active moment, you need to get there early to catch that.
