What if My itinerary: VIsa on Arrival in Hongkong - Beijing - Jakarta?

can i obtain transit entry permit in Beijing?

If your transit in BJ is less than 24 hours, then you needn't apply for the transit type. Otherwise, you should apply one in your own country before you get to HK.
