application print out has background characters

Question

I cannot get a clean copy of the visa application.  There are lots of scribble background characters.Anyway to get a blank form mailed or emailed?  Form v.2013.  Thank you.

Patricia, you actually can download the PDF version of the application form on this website. It's easy to find one on any page of embassy pages. By the way, if you still got the background characters, then you might try another printer.
