Can I leave the airport transit zone and go to Guangzhou city on 72 hour Direct Transit visa?

Sharma, Indians are disqualified for 72 hours free transit. They are eligible for 24 hours transit only. If they plan to leave the airport during their 24 hours transit, then they should apply for a stay permit when they arrive.0
