About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

is it eligible for 72 hours transit ?

please advise if Manila-Guangzhou-Foshan-Guangzhou-HKG, by car to/from Foshan,

Fanny, this route isn't ok. First, you can only fly in and fly out. Second, you can only transit in one city where this policy is implemented.
