Can I apply for the 72-hour visa-free transit?

Hello!
I'm planning on booking fly tickets Tallinn (Estonia) - Moscow (Russia) - Shanghai (72h) - Beijing - Vladivostok (Russia).

If I change route to Tallinn (Estonia) - Moscow (Russia) - Shanghai (72h) - Seoul (S.Korea) - Vladivostok (Russia) then I will pass requirements

Oleg, you are qualified if you travel in this route. However, you still need to make sure that your flight won't stop temporarily in other Chinese cities.
