Can I bring snuff tobaccos into China? And how much?

Yes, you can bring them. Seriously, there is no detailed requirement on how much you can take. Passengers can take 400 cigarettes, 500 grams of tobacco or 100 cigars without paying the duty. I personally suggest that you just bring no more than 500 grams.
