Hi we are in Luoyang and read Above that there's a night market.

We are staying in a hotel downtown. Is the market in this area?

Oh, you may refer to the Old City Shizi Street (Lao Cheng Shi Zi Jie) Night Market, which is even famous in the country. It is located at Xinghua Street, the Old City Area. It actually is not far from downtown, so you can take a taxi to reach straightly.
